Building on Success: Expanding Tongan Excellence in Combat Sports
After a successful 2024 campaign, Combat Sports Federation Tonga (CSFT) proudly brought home:
- 1 Gold and 4 Bronze Medals
- A historic achievement with our first-ever female MMA athlete representing Tonga, who made history for our country by winning Gold.
This success has inspired us to aim even higher for the GAMMA 2025 World Championships, to be held in São Paulo, Brazil, starting on June 16, 2025. We are expanding our efforts to bring:
- More athletes
- Participation across more disciplines: Striking for MMA and Full MMA
- Both youth and senior divisions
- Male and female competitors
- Representation in more weight classes
Our mission is to improve on all aspects, representing not only our country but also advancing the sport of MMA in combat sports on the global stage.
